Um... Actually...... Chris - there is such a thing called curry, it's the curry tree you get curry leaves from - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curry_tree. Granted it's not used in curry powder which was what your segment was about, but you did state at the beginning that there was no such spice as curry.

Also, just so you know in the UK coriander is both the leaves and the seeds, cilantro is the Spanish word for it.

I'd love to try Japanese curry, would you post your favorite recipe for it? I'm a huge fan of other curries, savory dishes, and Asian cuisine but I know a lot of recipes "Americanize" the flavors for the American palate so I'm hesitant to just find a recipe online. Thanks!
